95% MORE LIKELY TO REACH YOUR GOALS?!

Updated: Apr 30

Have you ever felt that there's just too much stuff to do in life but not enough time? Welcome to my world!

I'm one of those people that thrive when I have big plans, things to do and a packed calendar. But this is not all positive. I tend to skip those activities that are related to my own personal health and life, just to create more space in the calendar. That's a great recipe for burnout.

Our dogs are often linked to our emotional wellbeing and their behaviour often affects us more than we think. When they feel and behave well, we tend to do so too. Unfortunately we also tend to become stressed, frustrated and worried when they're not feeling well or behaving as we wish.

So, if we skip the dog training, quality walks or providing them with what they need, we also skip our own health in many cases. In other words, investing time in your dog might also be investing in your own health.

Enough rambling and onto the solution:

A study found that people who commit to their goals with another person are 65% more likely to achieve them. That statistic jumps to 95% if the person commits to regular accountability meetings to check in on their progress.

Till the end of May you will be able to invite a friend (and their dog if they have one) for free to your training sessions with me! We will create small achievable goals that will help you on your journey towards your dream goals and I promise we'll have a lot of fun! All you have to do is...
